Lesley is also Scotland's first female Firewalking Instructor with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering personal development training to a variety of clients; one day working with staff or inmates within the confines of prison walls, the next outdoors on the assault course, or another in the board room facilitating change at a different level.
Lesley's Empowerment Training provides transformational techniques to enable clients to effect change at whatever level is appropriate to them, enhancing self-belief, self-worth and self confidence in the process. The process for some may include working through old traumas or anger issues and for others, seeing and finding ways beyond their (perceived) limitations.
All of her workshop training is experiential to allow different perceptions and solutions to arise from the exercises and introspection. And of course, personal development would be boring without fun, so there's plenty of that too.
