"Thanks for the training days. Feedback after the events was fantastic in that all the staff really
enjoyed the days and would love the opportunity to do this again.
A few weeks on the atmosphere and teamwork has vastly
improved with a much more motivated staff group.
If I have spare money later this year, early next, then I may come back
to you for another session just because they enjoyed it and to keep team spirit up.
Once again thanks very much
and look forward to working with you again in the future."

"Thanks
for a great workshop. The session was diverse, empowering and inspirational. It gave the people here using our service at
South East Alternatives an excellent forum, which enabled them to explore issues relating to fear, confidence, self worth
and trust.
These groups, which can be challenging at times gave full participation throughout and provided very positive
feedback. I hope to make use of your service in the future".

"The
course has been of immense value to all of us - I think we can put all of what we learned into use when we go out of jail".
Inspiring Change
"Mummy do that blogspot" talks about a board-breaking event with teenagers from "Save the Children" and how it felt for one member
of staff @ Breaking Through (Nov 26.09)
And here's what some of the teenagers said when asked what the training
had taught them:
"That I can overcome my fear"
"To try everything"
"To
work out a route"
"To trust"
"To put some effort in"
"We can
face anything now, face a lion, a tiger or battle bears - we are ready to rumble!"
Tim Newell,
Butler Trust; Empowerment
"The session was for around 12 people and started with a game of 'guess
who' as 6 of us sat in a circle and tried to guess what we were by a sticker on our head - fun yet challenging to listen,
think and talk at the same time. This was followed by a session of meditation and opening the mind to relaxation.
The final part of the session was to clear the mind of our fears by writing the fear on a block of wood and breaking it
with our hand. This workshop emphasized that we all have choices to make, and how we could banish our fears - the rush of
adrenalin when the blocks were broken was magnificent to watch.
An excellent session".
Project
Manager, Catalyst Ayrshire
The workshops, which Lesley delivers at both a local level as well as in a
residential setting, are structured and time framed. She ensures that there are always opportunities to raise the individual's
awareness regarding tolerance, respect, teambuilding, and empathy towards others.
Catalyst Ayrshire believes that this
type of self development is an extremely effective method which enables the individual to apply new skills, which can then
be transferable to other social/educational areas in their lives.
Our experience of Dragon Dynamics intervention
during the last few years has been positive, alternative, motivational and at times exhilarating. We have witnessed a sigificant
progression with numerous clients who have moved on to secure voluntary work, college courses and part and full time employment
opportunities".
